LA#083: Been in couple of weeks...

since I wrote something - I'm still in LA, chasing my dream - Working on new music everyday, sometimes me and a piano, sometimes tracks several producers send me, and acapella tunes that are in my head. Meeting new folks and enjoying the west coast beaches finally for the first time - I've been taking photos to keep you in the loop in this journey to into this major record deal world.  I've written about 40 songs in full this year in completeness I'd say - I'm in a good creative space even though I'm staying in a sunroom in the Valley - AKA hott as hell.

I go in and out of inspirations of different musics, that's just b/c I get bored easy.  Way to easy!  (Refer to the women who currently hate me for it :-/ ).  I've been inspired by rap more than ever before in my musical career (via Rick Ross tweets hahaa) -- my brother who taught me all there is to know about rap and hip-hop says it's not hip-hop, it's just rappin -- so I guess I've got regular rap on my phones these days -- it's hilarious but a break from the music I live by everyday -- Kanye, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, even had a little Big Sean in my headphones-since i'm west coast and he's interesting to me too even at his young age.  It's interesting me, esp being so far removed from it in reality u know... guess traveling does that to u.  I've been recording too.  This song is called "You're Beautiful", I'm recording it tonite.  It's the lyrics --- song coming soon.
