New York City: #012 (Kill'T)

...sitting among a whole bunch of different nationalities in Starbucks is always interesting. I've been here several hours and have seen a guy sell shirts, an angry woman get escorted out for becoming so belligerent on her phone call that she overshadowed the signature SB music playing above, and a barista noticing my consistency and offering me a free drink. INDEFACE!

I played over top a great view yesterday on a highrise rooftop smack dap in the middle of times square yesterday. It's with this great music show called BalconyTV.com. I got hip to them while in Nashville and reached out when I got here...it was dope. Played so nice to be loved w/ Wes Mingus - great guitar player living in the city that I met through a mutual artist friend abby dobson who wasn't afraid to let me steal her guitarist for a day (some artists are - that's wack). Don't know when the show's gonna air but it should be soon...i dont toot my own horn much either but uh...we killed it. Shut it down son. You know, I think I'm gonna start "tootin" more often. We don't toot enough, u know. (Even you Kanye, yes even you.) Something about actually saying "I KILLED TONIGHT!" is liberating. I'm gonna try it for awhile. This blog is dope
